Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return any part of your order, please follow the instruction below.

  1. Contact Us by phone or email and we'll send you a returns reference number. Please include your full name and order reference number to avoid any confusion.
  2. Post your order to us - make sure you obtain proof of posting. Returns damaged during transit will not be refunded, so please make sure you pack the items well.
  3. Once we have received your items, we'll check them and issue a refund the same day.


Please note:

  • Returns are accepted within 45 days of your order.
  • We do not accept returns on personalised items, items made to order or custom made.
Once you have a returns number from us, please package your items carefully and post to us at the address below. Please ensure you include the returns reference number inside the parcel.
